RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/TERMS

Cancellation Policy: If you have placed an order with us and decide to cancel the order before it has been shipped, but after we have processed your payment, you will be subject to a 5% fee.

RETURNS:
A. Returns must be authorized by ACME MOWERSPORTS before return. Call us at (940) 445-4929 to receive an authorized return identification number. All returns must be approved and assigned an return number before any item can be accepted for return.***** B. We do not take returns on any electrical items or items sold as used parts. *****
C. Returns must be made within ten (10) days of shipping date. Shortages must be reported within ten (10) days of shipping date.*****
D. Full credit will be given if the merchandise is defective or if we have made an error. These returns must be in new condition, unused, never filled with oil or gas, within its original packaging, and with all proper documentation. Shipping charges are not refundable and a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be charged.*****
E. Returns are only accepted for exchange or credit on future orders. NO CASH REFUNDS.

TERMS: All products are shipped after payment is received. ******************
Refused shipments: Refused shipments are subject to a 10% Handling Fee. All shipping costs incurred will be the customers responsibility. *************
Freight claims: Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the cartons and the merchandise in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damaged or missing items, file a claim immediately with the delivery carrier. Be sure that you keep all damaged cartons for inspection. We will be glad to assist you in any way possible, but cannot guarantee any settlement with the carrier. ***********
